Swell African Creations is situated at Swell Eco Lodge in the Wild Coast, Eastern Cape - South Africa.
The owners of Swell Eco Lodge started Swell African Creations in order to provide more opportunity, training and upliftment within their very rural community as well as to provide their lodge guests with a little piece of Africa to take home with them. As our guests have loved our Swell African Creations so much, we thought we would take our business online so not only our guests can help uplift while adding bright unique African products to their homes.
Currently Swell African Creations consists of 4 local Xhosa employees. Milan, who makes our material covered notebooks, upcycled storage, Africa Decor and Coasters. Nomsa who makes all our wonderful cushions. Noncha who makes our Feather Hair Extensions & Earrings and Nochille who makes our gorgeous upcycled mats.
We are always looking at further ways to uplift our community and welcome you to contact us if you are able to provide training or help within our community if you think it will fit in well with our strive toward eco friendly sustainable upliftment.
