SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERIES:

All parcels will be sent with normal registered post with SAPO (3 - 7 days).

If you would like your parcel send via PostNet or Courier please contact us for a delivery quote. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Prices are based on South African Postal Services pricing for AIRMAIL parcels. Airmail takes 10 - 14 days to be delivered. 

 

If you would like to opt for SURFACE MAIL which takes 8 weeks - 3 months to be delivered please contact me for alternative pricing but we recommend you send via AIRMAIL. 

 

When will your order be sent?

Orders are sent out once a week only due to African Swell Creations being situated in a rural area 2 hours from the closest Postal Service. Once orders are sent - please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. You will get email confirmation once payment has been made of the date your order will be sent. 

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. 

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

 

 

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

 

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

 

Refunds/returns Policy

Before placing an order please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your screen.  This will be determined by the colour settings on your computer.  We will not accept returns on items that 'don't look like they do on the website'.  You are welcome to contact us if you need any clarification on any products.

Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days from date of delivery. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages.

If you wish to cancel the order you will receive a full refund subject to certain terms and conditions.

To obtain a full refund you must:

• return items undamaged in the same new condition in which they were dispatched and in their original packaging

• ensure we receive the returned items within 14 days (South African buyers)

• bear all the costs of returning the item to us
